I love love love writing and posting about healthy super foods that I personally love. I am starting a new healthy diet today, and what better way to stay motivated and committed to it than to write a blog post about it? - Please note that this is a feeling that only bloggers can relate to!. Anyhow, I thought it would be nice to share a few of my favorite drinks that I personally find super delicious and healthy. Ones that actually give a beautiful result for your skin and body! Today, I'll be informing you the benefits of the following 'super drinks' and how I personally make them at the comfort of my own home!

Ingredients & How to make it:
  1. Mince original ginger and place into a desired amount of water. Bring this to a boil
  2. Turn off the heat add a desirable amount of honey (a replacement for sugar) and some lemon juice
  3. Some like to use a black pepper to give more flavor, I personally don't do that. However, black pepper is also healthy so feel free to bring it to a boil with step 1.

Ginger tea is great for curing skin problems, and it also promotes weight loss when consumed regularly. Make it part of your routine! Start your day with a nice hot cup of ginger tea, you'll be amazed by the results you will see after a short period of time!

Green tea is one of my favorite teas. Every time I drink green tea I feel much lighter, healthier and happier! It became a necessity every time I start a new weight loss diet, as it also accelerates metabolism. Additionally, green tea has been proven to improve physical performance and mental health. It also has anti-aging properties and antioxidants that are great for your skin!

I personally love buying the Lipton green tea bags, however, I also love to drink original green tea from Japanese restaurants. I feel like it tastes so much better! However, if you cannot have access to original green tea leaves then go ahead and buy the Lipton tea bags! They're also great and my sister witnessed positive weight loss results from regularly drinking Lipton green tea bags. The key is to stay consistent.
